Pools and spas are not part of a standard home inspection. If the home you’re buying has one, Focus 1 can schedule a separate pool inspection with an independent pool inspector we work with.
We coordinate it with your home inspection, so one call still sets up everything. You receive a narrative report with photos and summaries.
