The Focus 1 philosophy

Josh served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force as a police officer, training instructor, and supervisor, and performed risk assessments and security inspections at installations in the U.S. and abroad. He learned the building trades at his uncle’s construction company before enlisting, and has done home renovations and run his own handyman repair service. He joined Focus 1 in 2021 and became its owner in January 2024.
