I used Josh a Focus 1 and it was the best investment I made in that transaction. I knew about the roof, the conversion of one bathroom to a laundry room and the overall condition of the home. Josh crawled under the home to discover extreme foundation issues! Because of his diligence and photos I a voided paying too much for a property that "looked great".
